Paleo Experiment...coming soon!

Starting August 1st I will be tracking my Paleo month!
I know I've been absent from this blog, but I hope to at least picture track my food for my little 30 day Paleo experiment. I'm looking into a new phone which will make that MUCH easier.

I've tried Paleo before and failed. This time around I'm doing more preparation to ensure that doesn't happen. I'm hoping by stocking up on cookbooks, like the one pictured above, I will keep enough variety in my eating that this time will be a success. I'm also working on stocking my refrigerator and pantry with tons of paleo foods. Planning for success this time!

  3. I'm on day 7 of Paleo and I've lost 4.1 pounds.

    I'm also not stopping the half and half in my coffee. I drink ONE cup a day (of coffee...not half and half) and my coach said it would be acceptable!

  5. I want to try Paleo, but I love dairy and carbs so much. But I am wondering if it would be a much easier and better eating plan for me.

    I currently have "The Paleo Diet" by Loren Cordain and the cookbook by the same author. It is very informative.

    It seems like Paleo is really blowing up these days and seems like a rather "easy" plan/diet/whatever to follow.

  6. Sarah, dairy is what I miss most, that and oats. but it's only a month, then I'll probably just strike a little balance, a little dairy, oats a couple times a week. We'll see.
    I've read the book, but haven't seen the cookbook yet!
